Join Emma at Klave's Marina for two hours of SUP training.
This training will include 1.5 hours on the water. We will start on land with stretching and some basics and then move to the water. On the water we'll learn basic paddle techniques, efficient paddle stokes, and quickly grow towards strategies for power and strength on the water. These training sessions are perfect for people who are newer to paddling and want to gain speed, as well as those who are more advanced and interested in trying races!
This session will come with a training plan custom fit for your needs!
Rent a board or bring your own! We will have a race boards that everyone will be able to try throughout the training.
