Join Emma at Klave's Marina for two hours of SUP training.
Each weekend will include some warm ups on land and basic instruction and then plenty of time on the water. We will start with basic paddle techniques, learn efficient paddle stokes, and quickly grow towards strategies for power and strength on the water. These training sessions are perfect for people who are newer to paddling and want to gain speed, as well as those who are more advanced and interested in trying races!
Every session will come with a training plan custom fit for your needs!
Rent a board or bring your own! We will have two race boards that everyone will be able to try throughout the training.
