paddle board yoga

Root SUP was founded and created by Emma and Amy. Their friendship was founded on their love for SUP and the first time they met was in one of Emma's SUP Yoga classes.

Amy Buno, founder and instructor

Amy bought her first paddle board immediately after trying one for the first time. She knew that this act of balancing on the water was for her. After moving to back to Michigan from Colorado, her love for SUP grew. Amy has been practicing yoga since 2002, so yoga on the board seemed like a natural fit to her. She obtained her  Registered Yoga Teacher 200 in 2017 with SUP Yoga as her number one passion. She became the first graduate of the Root SUP Yoga Teacher Training and is excited share her love of paddle board yoga with you.
