Arriving to Class

Please arrive to class early. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will not be able to join the class. 

Canceling

Class reservations must be cancelled 4 hours prior to the scheduled class start time.

When you cancel you can reschedule or be refunded. Please let us know which you would prefer, as it is not automatic.

All classes expire 100 days after purchase. After that time you will not be able to reschedule or receive a refund.

Parking Permit

You must purchase a Metropark Pass before class to participate in our classes at Kensington Metropark. Root SUP is not responsible for any parking fees.

Age Requirement

Minors above the age of 10 years are allowed to attend class/events under the following requirements: guardian signs the waiver for the minor, guardian is present and accompanies minor for entirely of class/event,  minor wears a life vests during the entirety of the class/event. We do not allow minors below the age of 10.

Classes/Packages
